Comfy room, good location for my weekend activities. Shower was powerful with great temperature and room was well ventilated. Ample parking.

It was so clean & welcoming, the Reception Staff were extremely helpful & our room was excellent. The bed/pillows/bedding were so comfortable & clean, the room itself & bathroom facilities were excellent. We were visiting to attend a family funeral so it was very helpful that this was something we didn’t need to have any concerns about. All the Staff we came in contact with were very courteous & professional & we liked there was an area by the dining room where we could meet with family & get drinks etc. The breakfast included in the price was extremely good & served early so we could get something to eat before we left & I do believe everything anyone could possibly want for breakfast was provided to an excellent standard. Wi-Fi was also included in the price of our room. We honestly could not fault our stay at Holiday Inn, Nuneaton & I’m sure we will be visiting again. Thank you to everyone for your excellent service. I also thought the complimentary good magazines were a very nice customer service touch.

Our stay was just a quick 1 night bed and breakfast. We had a warm welcome and because it was a hot night we were offered a fan (which we accepted). We stayed on the 2nd floor facing Starbucks. We had the usual bed and a sofa bed for 2 adults and 2 children. We all had a lovely nights sleep with no complaints. The main and bathroom were very clean and lots of towels for the 4 of us. The breakfast in the morning was a la cartè which is good for my family as we all like a different breakfast. All the food was warm and tasty. We would definitely recommend it to other friends and family.

Excellent location (plenty of eateries, soft play for kids, bowling, cinema) good breakfast (cooked, cereals, yoghurt, bread, fruit), room was good (plenty of room, tea/coffee, walk in shower), staff were fab and very friendly.

Although we only stayed one night on route to a family wedding we found the hotel was clean and staff were excellent. Beds were comfortable and for an express hotel the breakfast was acceptable. Ample free car parking but you must register your registration number at reception on arrival.

Upon entering the hotel reception area, we was met by a polite and welcoming member of staff who quickly and efficiently checked us into our hotel room answering any questions we had. After easily finding our hotel room using the delegated signs, we was pleased to see that the hotel room was clean, tidy, fresh and welcoming, perfect after a long day. We had no trouble sleeping in the hotel beds which are provided with two pillows, both of different comfort ratings. After our long day and relaxing night sleep we then had the hotel breakfast, to which we was pleasantly surprised with the selection still available, despite it being 15 minutes until closing.

The customer service at check in and during breakfast was right up there with the best we have ever had! I asked for a good luck message to be left in the room to make my son feel special, not only did they wish him luck when we checked in, they went the extra mile finding his football teams Badge and made him a poster and left some treats. We will definitely be using Holiday Inn again based on this experience. Travelling with my son, it also made us feel safe that you had to press the doorbell to enter - added security is so comforting.

Everything was perfect, we asked for a top floor room at the front of the building away from the noise of the dual carriageway which we experienced last year and was give a perfect room with a double bed as requested. The cleanliness of the whole building was exceptional as was the breakfast especially as I am a vegetarian and no problem at all having vegetarian sausages each day, All staff were very friendly and went over and above expectations. Definitely be going back next year.

The cooked breakfast was good. We would have liked it to have been hotter, with a little more choice, maybe porridge with a compote would be nice. Friendly staff, who were very helpful and extremely polite. Nice lounge to relax in for a quiet drink or coffee.
